publicity

the fresh attempt at publicity flopped miserably. he ought to have known better. whenever this was tried, the patient developed a complication and died. in interest of patient, publicity ought to be avoided.
well!
was reading a scripture, "bh-g--t". full of p**n. original g***p **x. how dare! despite the translator's bowdlerizing, nuggets manage to slip through. this ought to be read in the original. the text is available, language too isn't difficult.
another doctor book. glory glory hallelujah! the desire to become rich and famous seems to be inbuilt. did it exist in the early man? when did it appear? in small tribes, when everyone knew everyone else, and one's skills and abilities in hunting were known to all, did publicity matter? what is the status in amazon indians?
why don't barbers, cloth merchants, cobblers write autobiographies? and why not businessmen or chartered accountants? bankers?
why is it that doctors seem to have a monopoly on human understanding?
